Getting rid of skin fungus is a goal belonging to many Italians: these microorganisms, in fact, are widespread and do not fail to hit men, women and children without distinction.
The cutaneous mycoses can become a problem if they are underestimated: it is always good to intervene when the first symptoms appear, to prevent the fungus from spreading and subsequently penetrating below the dermis, going to hit the internal organs.
In general we tend to identify four types of skin fungus: superficial, subcutaneous, systemic and finally opportunistic mycosis.
Each of these levels indicates a certain degree of penetration of the fungus, which can affect the skin, the dermis or the internal organs: the opportunistic ones, on the other hand, tend to affect only those with a deficiency in the immune system.

Mycosis of the skin: causes and symptoms
The fungal infections of the skin are due to the infection of microorganisms known as fungi, which in fact also include other types of bacteria such as molds and yeasts.

Then there are some conditions that can promote the infection of mushrooms: the low immune system, diabetes, the high degree of humidity on the skin, poor hygiene, obesity and even some treatments based on drugs.
The disease is usually contracted by direct contact with infected humans (or animals), or by contact with things or surfaces, where the fungus proliferates.
The symptoms are as follows: circular lesions are born with reddened and desquamated areas, of variable color, depending on the form of infection.
Fungi in the skin can then affect very delicate areas such as the intimate ones, but also the nails, the scalp and the area behind the ears.

How to effectively treat mycosis?
To treat fungal infections, before anything else, it is necessary to seek the advice of an expert dermatologist: this step is important because it allows you to analyze the skin tissue to understand if it is really a fungal infection, and not something else .
In many cases related to mycosis, however, it is often recommended the use of a skin fungus ointment such as this of Trosyd: the topical remedies are very effective, but require patience and daily application on the affected area.
Then you can also use natural remedies that, although not comparable to specific products, can help the course: this mainly due to some elements that act as disinfectants and natural anti-fungal, such as tea tree oil, vinegar apples or aloe vera.

How to prevent skin fungus?
Although it is impossible to avoid 100% fungal infection of the skin, it is in any case possible to try to lower the risk percentages in an important way: this is because prevention, even in the field of mycoses, can make a big difference.

The first advice is to treat the hygiene of the body and skin with great detail: this means carefully cleaning the spaces between the fingers and the body folds, which are usually the most neglected areas.
We must also avoid frequent barefoot public places, such as gyms or swimming pools, and it is always good to avoid using the towels of others.
